Notes
All information up to date as at Volume 3, Update 2.
All skirmish soldier cosmetics are purchased at a Skirmish Cosmetics vendor, and applied at a Skirmish Captain or Skirmish Bard.
Each soldier can have a maximum of one Hair Colour, one Hair Style, and one Outfit equipped.
It appears that the White Hair option is the same as the basic colour, so currently not worth purchasing.
It also appears that the Chain Guard Outfit and the Man Surcoat Outfits are also identical, so don't buy both.
