Darzil's LoTRO Armour Guide - Class Items

In addition to the increased armour effect, there are different Armaments that allow the Call to Arms skill to recruit a Commoner Herald, Maid-at-arms Herald, Man-at-arms Herald, Pilgrim Herald, Shield-maiden Herald, Squire Herald or Swordswoman Herald. At Major Armaments level, Armaments are available to allow the Call to Arms skill to summon Dwarf Defender, Footsoldier or Warden Heralds. These also require Friend standing with Thorins Hall.

This item allows you to plant an immobile banner, however when this item is equipped, you cannot have a herald summoned. The banner costs power to plant, and has a 3 second cooldown.

Legendary Captain Emblem recipes require kinship reputation with the Metalsmith's Guild to purchase, and can be made every 3 days for Third Age, and every 7 days for Second and First Age.
Crest recipes are purchased from Novice or Expert Woodworker NPCs, other than Greater Supreme Crests, which are drops.
Battle Tonic recipes are purchased from Novice or Expert Scholar NPCs, other than Greater Suprmee Tonics, which are drops.
